General Provisions and Definitions

bdagee is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other interactive gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdagee ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member", "player").

By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bdagee.

Key Definitions

• "Account" — Your personal user account registered on the bdagee platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the bdagee platform. Registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found during identity verification that a member is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share account information with third parties. If unauthorized access occurs, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at bdagee is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Transaction Limits and Verification

For security reasons, bdagee reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests. We reserve the right to suspend requests if fraudulent transactions are suspected.

3.4 Bonus Balance and Withdrawals

The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds. Detailed terms related to bonuses are described in section 4.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdagee offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳16,000 or more, the maximum bonus will be ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds are not transferable.
• bdagee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.4 VIP Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier. Cashback is added directly to the balance and has no wagering requirement.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Fairness

All games and cricket betting markets on the bdagee platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Our games are powered by reputable software providers — Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed in the game lobby or betting interface.

5.3 Technical Errors

If inconsistent results occur due to any software or server error, bdagee reserves the right to cancel the affected round and refund the wagered amount. Claims for winnings displayed due to a technical error are not valid.

5.4 Cricket Betting Specific Conditions

For cricket events, if a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled according to bdagee's specific rules. Results for all international cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup will be determined in accordance with international rules.

VIP Program

The bdagee VIP Program has five tiers. Through regular gaming activity you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback is automatically credited to accounts every Monday. bdagee reserves the right to change the method for determining VIP tiers, benefit amounts and terms at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdagee platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using fraud, bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or error in the platform.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Harassing or offensive behavior toward other users.
• Using bdagee's brand, logo or trademarks without authorization.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bdagee's Rights

bdagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Suspected violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the specified time.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, however bonus balances where the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.
